This state-of-the-art cartoner features a balcony-design that provides maximum access to all of the drive components from one side of the machine while maintaining a compact footprint. It is ideally suited for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, personal care and medical device applications due to the fall-through construction, which meets all sanitary and FDA validation requirements.

OPEN DESIGN

The design of this balcony cartoner allows for total access to the operator side of the machine via bi-fold doors. All of the changeover points on the main machine are located on the operator side, making changeover easy and fast.

PROVEN PERFORMANCE

Our orbital carton erector with prebreak feature accurately picks and erects cartons at speeds up to 350 cartons per minute. The rugged frame is built for three shift per day operation and the servo belt drives ensure quiet, high-speed operation. Digital gauges and scales with pointers allow for a quick, no-tool changeover in as little as 10 minutes. Like all Serpa machines, the P100 is user friendly and low maintenance.
