Econopacker Semi-Automatic, Compact Case Packer
		The ECONOPACKER is a semi-automatic case packer that provides a lower cost, first step to reducing labor and automating the case packing process. Typical uses include case packing of all types of multipacked cartoned, canned, and miscellaneous products.
Machine features include: - Heavy duty, welded stainless frame - Broad size range - Simple and fast size changeover - Expandable for further levels of automation - Flexibility to run RSC and die cut designs - Accommodates both corrugated and paperboard materials		Method of Operation: 1. Products enter the Econpacker at random via the infeed belt conveyor 2. The machine will automatically collate products into the appropriate pack pattern. 3. An operator places a case onto the horizontal loading station by positioning the open end of the case over the loading funnel and presses the foot pedal. 4. The product is automatically loaded into the positioned case 5. The loaded case is then pneumatically lowered onto its bottom and exits via the roller conveyor to a case taper or gluer (case sealer not included)

Compact Wrap-Around Systems for Cartons, Cases and Trays
		Method of Operation: 1. Forms blank )corrugated or paperboard) into a “U” shape and transports it to product load station. 2. Product loaded manually or by optional automark product loading/collating device 3. Loaded package moves through series of closure/end flap gluing stations. Gluing is done by a hot melt extruding system 4. For full wrap-around style, right angle transfer device accommodates side joint (flap) gluing. Carton/case is discharged as a completed package.

P200 BALCONY CASE PACKER
		This state-of-the-art case packer features a balcony-design that provides full walk-in access to all of the drive components from one side of the machine while maintaining a compact footprint. Finally, a casepacker that is totally accessible from the operator side...including the load station! It is ideally suited for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, personal care and medical device applications with stainless steel fall-through construction that meets all sanitary and FDA validation requirements. *RUNS BOTH CASES AND TRAYS* The P200 Case packer is the first to truly be able to run cases and trays on the same machine. Tape closure on cases and glue sealing of trays is accomplished with a simple changeover. Our easy case clear out feature allows for problem cases to be released with ease to maximize machine up time. *PROVEN PERFORMANCE* Our proven case erector accurately picks and erects cases at speeds up to 20 cases per minute. Our unique walking beam with dual-sided opposing vacuum ensures square cases all the way through the closing station without the need for flight lugs. Model 360 Uncaser and Case Packer for Bottles
		This new 2-in-one design simultaneously uncases empty bottles from reshipper cases while place packing full bottles, utilizing only one machine, in one location, with no labor. This innovative machine will increase line productivity by eliminating manual uncasing and case packing; reducing bottle breakage and label damage; and ensuring a consistent bottle supply to the production line. Here's how it works: As the bottle transfer head lowers to the conveyor, one side of the head grips the load of filled bottles for case packing. It cycles the bottles into the waiting case, and as they are packed, the other side of the head locates the empty bottles in the adjacent case. As the bottle transfer head returns to the conveyor, it carries empty bottles to be filled. After unpacking, the emptied case moves to the packing station where it is packed with filled bottles and transfers to case sealing. Meanwhile,the empty bottles travel by conveyor in a loop for cleaning, filling, capping and labeling- then back to the Model 360 where they are packed into the emptied cases. The cases move in a straight line from depalletizing through unpacking and case packing, then on to top case sealing and palletizing.
