The GPS-10 is a geometric packaging system which forms a package for multi-item kits. The system makes the film pocket with a geometrically shaped forming plate and inverted film unwind eliminating the need for a forming box. All models are UL approved and have optional CE certification.

The AccuWrap FG-2000 is a multi-axis, servo-controlled, food-grade wrapper with wash-down capability. The AccuWrap FG-2000 is designed for high speed, high efficiency, with the ultimate in modularity for easy maintenance, cleaning, and flexible use. The stainless steel construction is designed to meet the "no particle trapping" criteria to the fullest extent possible. The rugged, open construction allows food particles to fall through, and accommodates wash down for all conveyors and wet wipe down of sealing sections.

The modular construction allows removal of all modules providing the maximum in accessibility, enabling an even more thorough spill clean up or for expedient changeover and versatility for future business requirements. Rails lift up; conveyor belts snap out; conveyors slide out; the former is fast change; and even the fin wheels are modular. The system features independently adjustable servo control of linear fin sealing, main cross sealing, rotary knife, conveyors and unwind, which provides the ultimate in control for packaging production.

Machine Description
Machine will form, fill and seal pouches from rollstock printed film material up to 150 cycles per minute.

Machine Description
This machine forms three or four sided Stand-Up pouches from preprinted roll stock film. It feeds and laminates re-closable zippers into the top seal of the package. The machine automatically presents pouch to product load station and its estimated production speed is 40 to 60 pouches per minute. It transfers the finished filled pouch from the packager to the take away conveyor. The machine requires one operator.
