Voltage: 117 ~ 15 A or 230 VAC ~ 7 A, 50 or 60 Hz, Single Phase
Compressed Air: as required for ejection

Ease of Installation and Small Footprint The small footprint created by the ScanTrac Top Down Unit allows installation in many restricted locations. The 200S12TD takes up as little as 24 inches (610mm) of your conveyor line. View size and clearance specifications.

Accuracy at High Speeds The ScanTrac Inspection Side View Systems set new standards for speed and accuracy by performing multiple high-resolution inspections on packages while detecting a wide range of contaminants or foreign objects in packaged foods and beverages including metal occlusions, shards of glass, stones, bone, rubber - even low-contrast images such as plastics in powders without compromise at conveyor speeds of up to 700 fpm (feet per minute). The 200S12TD Top Down unit continues this legacy with multiple inspections and belt speeds up to 500 fpm (cpm as much as required).

      The ScanTrac DUO
Inspection Machinery

The ScanTrac DUO is the ultimate inspection system for finding foreign materials in glass containers. Capable of inspecting your products at line speeds up to 700 feet per minute, the ScanTrac DUO is one of the fastest X-ray inspection systems on the market. But we don't just inspect products faster, we see more. The unique single source, dual beam design allows for improved inspection along the sidewalls and pushups of glass jars and bottles.

Two Beams See What One Beam Cannot By using dual beams, we are able to inspect behind the push ups on jars. The illustration below demonstrates how a glass bead could hide in front or behind this region of a bottle. The high concentration of glass in this region would typically render the area worthless for inspection; however, as the illustration shows, what hides from one beam of the Due lies in clear sight for the second beam. As you can see, the ScanTrac DUO detects shards of glass on the bottom of glass containers.

Versatility ScanTrac systems can accomodate a wide range of package sizes. Each unit features: adjustable X-Ray energy levels, digital arrays, proprietary algorithms and real-time imaging that can be configured for a broad range of applications.

Targeted Rejection Out-of-conformance, (damaged, dented or upside down containers), and contaminated containers are identified and diverted or rejected down-stream.

Intuitive User- Friendliness Rugged and easy-to-use, ScanTrac's intuitive systems feature Multiple Product Memories, On-Line Diagnostics, Auto-Calibration, Step-by-Step Set-Up menu, and Remote Monitoring for unmatched ease of installation, set-up and operation. Relatively inexperienced personnel achieve optimal inspections with minimal training.

Communications Options Operational status can be monitored locally and remotely through high speed Internet connection for continuous support.

Remote Operatation Link the ScanTrac DUO to a secure Internet connection, and you can operate and monitor the system from virtually anywhere. It even has built in diagnostics.
