Horizontal Wrap System

The majority of the equipment we design and manufacture is versatile and will decorate a wide range of products. Along with our standard labeling systems, we also manufacture specialized machinery. Our Horizontal Wrap System is designed with the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries in mind. This line of equipment is built to label small round products, such as lipstick tubes, vials and ampules at high rates of speed. Small unstable containers are best handled lying horizontally. There are a wide variety of options which include automated infeed devices and inspection systems that allow this equipment to be constructed for your exact application.

"AccuWrap" Wrap Labeling System

This line of equipment is designed to wrap pressure sensitive labels around round products. With the addition of a modified wrap station and pressure plate, the machine can also label square and oval containers. A wide variety of options are available to include the following: Infeed handling devices, High speed drive packages and Bottle inspection systems.

All of our Wrap Labeling Systems are designed with ease of operation in mind. All adjustments to the label and label placement can be made on the fly, without interrupting the machine's operation. Label changeover and minor adjustments may be made without the use of tools.

Series 5 Loose Loop Print and Apply Applicator

The Series Five family of labeling heads is based on our stepper driven applicator and can be mated with a printer or print engine. We have experience integrating most brands of printing devices. There are a few advantages to using a loose loop print and apply applicator. You are able to run both pre-printed and blank labels on the same system by simply bypassing the printer when pre-printed labels are in use. The loose loop applicators allows for a faster application rate. This is achieved by printing information during the idle time between label applications. Both the demand for printed labels and the tension of the web are controlled by the loose loop assembly. Many options and application devices are available.

This labeling head is an excellent choice when integrating with feeding systems. The photo shown is of a Series 5 applicator with a Sato print engine. A turnkey package was built for the customer by Re-Pack. The complete system included, a case feeder, transport system, two (2) labeling heads (one front and one back) and a restacking unit.

The Series 5 applicator provides excellent flexibility. In this particular application, the customer uses our printer applicator to print labels on blank stock as well as, add bar code information to pre-printed labels. The bar code information is sent to the printer batch by batch, allowing the customer to change product and label information without stopping the system.
