Bambino FS - Table Top Monoblock
		This complete mechanical sequential motion system is ideal to handle small bottles, vials, test tubes and unstable containers. This system can fill and apply rubber stoppers at speeds from 10 - 40 BPM. Suitable to operate with class-100 room conditions. With the Bambino's heavy duty frame and one piece stainless steel top, the low profile table top design is easy to maintain. Stainless steel access doors on the sides and back of the machine provide quick entry to all internal hardware and electrical controls.


Partiot Full Featured Multi-Station Monoblock
		PATRIOT™ full featured multi-station monoblock can be equipped with a variety of filling systems, a selection of panel control systems, an assortment of pumps, a choice of capping equipment and a range of electrical controls. The Patriot™ is ideal for filling, plugging, capping or stoppering and aluminum cap crimping. Can be handled at speeds up to 60 BPM. (Subject to test with samples).


Intrepid Full Featured Multi-Station Monoblock
		INTREPID™ designed specifically to fill and place rubber stoppers on vials. The Intrepid FS62 and family of fillers are perfect for smaller volume products that need to be packaged in a sterile environment. Evolved from our world famous Patriot system, this full feature multi-station monoblock can be configured for left to right or right to left operation. With one of two filling systems, a selection of multiple panel control systems, a variety of pumps, a choice of capping equipment and a range of electrical controls, the Intrepid can be equipped to suit almost any filling, plugging or capping application. With a full compliment of 6 positive displacement pistons the double indexing Intrepid can fill containers from 0.5 ml to 500 ml (0.02 oz to 16.9 oz) at speeds up to 120 BPM*.

Conquest Fully Automated Monoblock
		The CONQUEST™ a fully mechanical continuous motion rotary monoblock filler and stopperer meeting cGMP standards for pharmaceutical applications. Specifically to fill and apply stoppers or caps to sterile vials at speeds from 80 - 250 BPM. Fill accuracy is achieved with six volumetric pistons controlled by Capmatic’s “Compufill” control system. (Subject to test with samples). Other cap and plug sorting systems are available. Machine handles bottles up to 50 mm in diameter. The Conquest Rotary still fills on the fly like its Conquest filling walking beam relative but it has a smaller installation footprint.
